Show me your God. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Ç¥ÁØ»õ¹ø¿ª] 11¹Ù¸®»õÆÄ »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ³ª¿Í¼´Â, ¿¹¼ö¿¡°Ô ½Ãºñ¸¦ °É±â ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±×µéÀº ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ½ÃÇèÇÏ´À¶ó°í ±×¿¡°Ô Çϴ÷κÎÅÍ ³»¸®´Â Ç¥ÀûÀ» ¿ä±¸ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 12¿¹¼ö²²¼´Â ¸¶À½ ¼ÓÀ¸·Î ±í¿¡ ź½ÄÇÏ½Ã°í¼ ¸»¾¸Çϼ̴Ù. "¾îÂîÇÏ¿© ÀÌ ¼¼´ë°¡ Ç¥ÀûÀ» ¿ä±¸Çϴ°¡! ³»°¡ ÁøÁ¤À¸·Î ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»ÇÑ´Ù. ÀÌ ¼¼´ë´Â ¾Æ¹« Ç¥Àûµµ ¹ÞÁö ¸øÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù." 13±×¸®°í ¿¹¼ö²²¼´Â ±×µéÀ» ¶°³ª, ´Ù½Ã ¹è¸¦ Ÿ°í °Ç³ÊÆíÀ¸·Î °¡¼Ì´Ù. [NRSV] 11The Pharisees came and began to argue with him, asking him for a sign from heaven, to test him. 12And he sighed deeply in his spirit and said, "Why does this generation ask for a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation." 13And he left them, and getting into the boat again, he went across to the other side. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Çϴ÷κÎÅÍ ¿À´Â Ç¥Àû A sign from heaven ----------------------------------------------- ¹Ù¸®»õÆÄ »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ³ª¿Í¼, ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô ½Ãºñ¸¦ °É±â ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù (¸· 8:11a). "The Pharisees came and began to argue with him [=Jesus]" (Mk. 8:11a). ±×µéÀº ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô "Çϴ÷κÎÅÍ ³»¸®´Â Ç¥ÀûÀ» ¿ä±¸ÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù" (¸· 8:11b). They asked Jesus for "a sign from heaven" (Mk. 8:11b). ±×·¯¸é "Çϴ÷κÎÅÍ ³»¸®´Â Ç¥Àû"À̶õ ¹«¾ù (what)À̸ç, ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀº ¿Ö (why) ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô ±×·¯ÇÑ Ç¥ÀûÀ» ¿ä±¸ÇßÀ»±î¿ä? So then, what is "a sign from heaven, and why did Pharisees demand Jesus for such a sign? ¿¹¼ö´Ô ½Ã´ëÀÇ À¯´ëÀεéÀº, ¸Þ½Ã¾ß°¡ ¿À¸é, °¡Àå ³î¶ó¿î ÀϵéÀÌ ¹ú¾îÁú °ÍÀ̶ó°í ¹Ï¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. It was believed that, when the Messiah came, the most startling things would take place. ±×·¡¼ °ÅÁþ ¿¹¾ðÀÚµéÀÌ ¸¹ÀÌ ³ªÅ¸³µ½À´Ï´Ù. Hence many false Messiahs appeared. ±×µéÀº »ç¶÷µé¿¡°Ô ³î¶ó¿î Ç¥ÀûÀ» ¾à¼ÓÇÏ¸ç »ç¶÷µéÀ» ÇöȤÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. Promising astonishing signs, they lured people to follow them. ¾î¶² ÀÌ´Â ¿ä´Ü°À» µÑ·Î °¥¶ó³õ°í ±×°÷À» °É¾î¼ Åë°úÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ°Ô ÇÏ°Ú´Ù°í ¾à¼ÓÇß½À´Ï´Ù. One of them promised to cleave the waters of the Jordan River in two and make a pathway through it. ´Ù¸¥ ÀÌ´Â ¸» ÇÑ ¸¶µð·Î ¼ºº®À» ¹«³ÊÁö°Ô Çϰڴٰí Àå´ãÇß½À´Ï´Ù. The other guaranteed to make the city walls fall down with a word. ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀÌ ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô ¿ä±¸ÇÑ °ÍÀº ¹Ù·Î ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ Ç¥ÀûÀ̾ú½À´Ï´Ù. It was that kind of sign that the Pharisees were demanding of Jesus. 2. ¸ðµç »ý¸íÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ µ¹º¸½É À§¿¡ ¼ ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. All lives are standing on God's care. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- °í´ëÀεéÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ Á¸Àç¿Í ÇൿÀ» ÀÚ¿¬¹ýÀ» ÆÄ±«ÇÏ´Â »ç°Çµé ¼Ó¿¡¼ ¹ß°ßÇÏ·Á°í Çß½À´Ï´Ù. The ancient people wanted to discover the existence and action of God from the events against the natural law. ±×·¯³ª ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ±â´ë´Â Çϳª´ÔÀÇ º»¼ºÀ» ºÐº°ÇÏÁö ¸øÇÏ´Â °Í¿¡ ±âÀε˴ϴÙ. This expectation is, however, derived from their indiscretion concerning the nature of God. ¿Â ¼¼°è´Â Çϳª´ÔÀÇ Ç¥Àûµé·Î ²Ë Â÷ ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. The whole world is full of God's signs. ±×·¡¼ ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº, ¹ç¿¡ ÀÚ¶ó´Â ¹Ð, »§À» ºÎÇ®°Ô ÇÏ´Â ´©·è, »ê±â½¾¿¡ ÇÉ µé²É, ÀÌ ¸ðµç °ÍÀÌ Çϳª´Ô¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¸»ÇØ ÁÖ°í ÀÖ´Ù°í ¸»¾¸Çϼ̽À´Ï´Ù. Jesus said, "The wheat in the field, the leaven in the loaf, the wild flowers on the hillside, all are speaking of God." Àΰ£Àº ÁÁÀº ¼öÈ®À» °ÅµÎ±â À§ÇØ ¾¾¸¦ »Ñ¸®°í, ¹°À» ÁÖ°í, ¾çºÐÀ» °ø±ÞÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. For good harvest human beings may seed, water, and nurture. ±×·¯³ª ¸» ±×´ë·Î °î½ÄÀÌ ÀÚ¶ó°Ô ÇÒ ¼ö´Â ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù. Literally speaking, however, they cannot make crops grow. °î½ÄÀº ½º½º·Î ÀÚ¶ó´Â °ÍÀ̸ç, »ý¸í·ÂÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ÁֽаÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Crops grow up by themselves, and vitality is given by God. Àΰ£Àº °î½ÄÀÌ Àß ÀÚ¶óµµ·Ï µµ¿ï »ÓÀÌÁö °î½ÄÀ» ÀÚ¶ó°Ô ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº ¾Æ´Õ´Ï´Ù. It is not that we make crops grow but that we just help them grow. °î½ÄÀ» ÀÚ¶ó°Ô ÇϽô ºÐÀº Çϳª´ÔÀ̽ʴϴÙ. It is God who makes crops grow. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ¸ðµç »ý¸íÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ µ¹º¸½É À§¿¡ ¼ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Therefore, all lives are standing upon God's care. 3. ¸»¾¸ÀÌ ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »îÀ» dzºÎÇÏ°Ô ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. The word of God makes our life rich. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ÀÛÀº ¾çÀÇ ´©·èÀÌ ¹ÝÁ׿¡ µé¾î°¡¸é Ä¿ÁöµíÀÌ, Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ¸»¾¸Àº ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »îÀ» dzºÎÇÏ°Ô ¸¸µå½Ê´Ï´Ù. Just as a small amount of leaven makes dough a big bread, God's word makes our life rich. ¼¼»ó »ç¶÷µéÀº ±×¸®½ºµµ±³ ½Å¾ÓÀÌ Àλý¿¡¼ Àç¹Ì¿Í ±â»ÝÀ» ¾Ñ¾Æ°¥ °ÍÀ̶ó°í °¡Á¤ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. The secular presuppose that Christian faith would deprived human life of enjoyment and rejoice. ±×·¯³ª ±×¸®½ºµµÀÎÀº °íÅë°ú ½½ÇÄ ¼Ó¿¡¼µµ ±â»ÝÀ» »©¾Ñ±âÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. However, Christians can never be deprived of joy in amidst of sorrow and suffering. °í³ Áß¿¡ ¿ÀÈ÷·Á °¨»çÇϸç, ´õ ±â»µÇÒ °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Rather, even in adversities they would be more grateful and rejoiceful. ¿Ö³ÄÇÏ¸é ±×¸®½ºµµÀÎÀº Àý¸Á ¼Ó¿¡¼ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ½ÇÀ縦 º¸±â ¶§¹®ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. It is because a Christian sees the reality of God in despair. ¸»¾¸Àº ¿ì¸®¿¡°Ô Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ½ÇÀ縦 º¸¿©ÁÖ¸ç, ¿ì¸®¸¦ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ½ÇÀç¿¡ Âü¿©ÇÏ°Ô ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. The Word of God shows us the reality of God and enables us to participate in it. ±×·¡¼ ¿ì¸®´Â ½Ã°£¿¡¼ºÎÅÍ ¿µ¿øÀ¸·Î ³ª¾Æ°¡°Ô µÇ´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Thus, we are to proceed from time to eternity. ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »îÀÌ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ¸»¾¸ À§¿¡ ³õ¿©Áö°Ô µÉ ¶§¿¡, ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »îÀº ³¯¸¶´Ù dzºÎÇÑ º¯ÇõÀ» °ÅµìÇØ ³ª°¡´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Once our life is based upon the word of God, it continues to make abundant transformations day by day. 4. ¿°·Á¿Í ºÒ¾È Worry and anxiety -------------------------------------- ¿ì¸®´Â ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »î¿¡ ´ëÇØ »ý°¢ÇÏ¸ç °èȹÇÕ´Ï´Ù. We think about our life and make some plans for it. ±×·¯³ª »îÀÇ Çö½ÇÀº Á¾Á¾ ¿ì¸®ÀÇ ±â´ë¸¦ ¹è½ÅÇÕ´Ï´Ù. But actual realities of life often betray our expectations. ±×·¡¼ ¿ì¸®´Â ¿°·ÁÇÕ´Ï´Ù. So we worry. ÀλýÀ» ½º½º·ÎÀÇ ÈûÀ¸·Î »ì ¼ö ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ̶ó¸é, ¿ì¸®´Â ¿°·ÁÇÒ Çʿ䰡 ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù. If we can live by our own power, we don't need worry. ±×·¯³ª ÀÚ±âÀÇ ÀλýÀ» ½º½º·Î °æ¿µÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù°í ÁÖÀåÇÏ´Â »ç¶÷µµ ¿°·ÁÇÏ¸ç »ì¾Æ°©´Ï´Ù. However, those who assert, "I can handle my life by my self," live in and with worries. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î Çϳª´ÔÀÇ µ¹º¸½ÉÀÌ ¾øÀ̵µ »îÀ» »ì¾Æ°¥ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù°í °¡Á¤ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº ¿À·ùÀÔ´Ï´Ù. It is, therefore, erroneous to presume that one can live one's own life without God's care. ¶ÇÇÑ ¿°·Á´Â ºÒÈ®½ÇÇÑ ¹Ì·¡¸¦ ´Þ¶óÁö°Ô ÇÏÁö ¸øÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Worry cannot make any difference at all to uncertain future. ¿°·Á´Â ºÒ¾ÈÀ» ³ºÀ» »ÓÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Worry merely produces anxiety. ¹°·Ð ºÒ¾È ±× ÀÚü°¡ ÁË´Â ¾Æ´Õ´Ï´Ù. Anxiety itself is, of course, not sin. ±×·¯³ª ºÒ¾ÈÀº ÁË¿¡ À̸£´Â º´ÀÔ´Ï´Ù [Ű¿¡¸£ÄÉ°í¸£]. Anxiety is, however, sickness to sin [Kierkegaard]. ¿Ö³ÄÇÏ¸é ºÒ¾È ¼Ó¿¡¼ ¿ì¸®´Â °¡ÀåÇϰí, ºñ¹æÇϰí, ¼ÓÀ̰í, ¹è½ÅÇϸç, ÇдëÇϱ⠶§¹®ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. It is because we in anxiety pretend, blame, deceive, betray, and abuse. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ÀϵéÀº ¿ì¸®ÀÇ Àΰ£ °ü°è¸¦ º´µé°Ô Çϸç, ¿ì¸® ½º½º·Î¸¦ ¼Ò¿Ü½Ãŵ´Ï´Ù. Those things make our relationships sick and ourselves alienated. À̰ÍÀÌ °ð ÁËÀÔ´Ï´Ù. That is sin. 5. Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶û°ú µ¹º¸½ÉÀ» ½Å·ÚÇÏ´Â »ç¶÷Àº Ưº°ÇÑ Ç¥ÀûÀ» ÇÊ¿ä·Î ÇÏÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. Those with trust in God's love and care do not need special signs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ±×·¯¸é Çϳª´ÔÀ» ¹Ï´Â´Ù°í Çϸé¼, Àΰ£Àº ¿Ö ¿°·ÁÇÏ¸ç ºÒ¾ÈÇØÇմϱî? Then why are those who believe in God in worry and anxiety? ¿Ö³ÄÇϸé ÀÚ½ÅÀÇ »îÀÌ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶û°ú µ¹º¸½É À§¿¡ ¼¼¿öÁ® ÀÖ´Ù´Â »ç½ÇÀ» ±ú´ÝÁö ¸øÇϱ⠶§¹®ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. It is because they do not recognize that their own life is built upon God's love and care. ¸¶Åº¹À½ 6Àå¿¡¼ ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº ÀÌ·¸°Ô ¸»¾¸ÇϽʴϴÙ: "¶Ç ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¾îÂî ÀǺ¹À» À§ÇÏ¿© ¿°·ÁÇÏ´À³Ä µéÀÇ ¹éÇÕȰ¡ ¾î¶»°Ô ÀÚ¶ó´Â°¡ »ý°¢ÇÏ¿© º¸¶ó ¼ö°íµµ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í ±æ½Óµµ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´À´Ï¶ó ±×·¯³ª ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»Çϳë´Ï ¼Ö·Î¸óÀÇ ¸ðµç ¿µ±¤À¸·Îµµ ÀÔÀº °ÍÀÌ ÀÌ ²É Çϳª¸¸ °°Áö ¸øÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó ¿À´Ã ÀÖ´Ù°¡ ³»ÀÏ ¾Æ±ÃÀÌ¿¡ ´øÁö¿ì´Â µéÇ®µµ Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ÀÌ·¸°Ô ÀÔÈ÷½Ã°Åµç ÇϹ°¸ç ³ÊÈñÀÏ±î º¸³Ä ¹ÏÀ½ÀÌ ÀûÀº ÀÚµé¾Æ" (¸¶ 6:28-30). In Matthew chapter 6, Jesus says, "And why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. yet I tell you, even solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you--you of little faith?" (Mt. 6:28-30). ¿À´Ã ÀÖ´Ù°¡ ³»ÀÏ »ç¶óÁö´Â µéÇ®µµ Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ¾Æ¸§´ä°Ô ÀÔÈ÷½Ê´Ï´Ù. God clothes with beauty the grass of the field which is alive today and perishes tomorrow. ÇϹ°¸ç Àΰ£ ¿µÈ¥À̰ڽÀ´Ï±î? So much the more human spirits? ¹ÏÀ½Àº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶û°ú µ¹º¸½ÉÀ» ÀüÀûÀ¸·Î ½Å·ÚÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Faith is total trust in God's love and care. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ½Å·Ú°¡ ¾øÀ» ¶§ ¿©·¯ºÐÀÇ ¸¶À½¼Ó¿¡ ÀÇȤ°ú ºÒ¾ÈÀÌ ÀÚ¶ó³³´Ï´Ù. Without such trust doubts and anxieties grow in your heart. Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶ûÀ» ½Å·ÚÇÏ´Â »ç¶÷Àº Ưº°ÇÑ Ç¥ÀûÀ» ÇÊ¿ä·Î ÇÏÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. Those with trust in the love of God do not need special signs. 6. ¾ÇÇÑ ¼¼´ë The evil generation ------------------------------------ ±×·¯³ª ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀº Ç¥ÀûÀ» ±¸Çϰí ÀÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. But the Pharisees were seeking a sign. ±×µéÀº ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô ÇÏ´ÃÀÇ Ç¥ÀûÀ» º¸¿©´Þ¶ó°í ¿ä±¸Çß½À´Ï´Ù. They asked Jesus for a sign from heaven. ±×·¯³ª ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº Ç¥Àû º¸¿©Áֱ⸦ °ÅÀýÇϼ̽À´Ï´Ù. But Jesus refused. »Ó¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó "ÀÌ ¼¼´ë¿¡°Ô Ç¥ÀûÀ» ÁÖÁö ¾Ê°Ú´Ù"°í ¸»¾¸Çϼ̽À´Ï´Ù [¸· 8:12]. In addition, he said, "No sign will be given to this generation" [Mk. 8:12]. ÀÌ ¸»¾¸¿¡´Â ºÐ³ë°¡ ´ã°Ü ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. This word includes his anger. ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº ¹«¾ù¿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÐ³ëÇϽаɱî¿ä? About what was Jesus outraged? ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀÇ ºÒ½Å¿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÐ³ëÇϼ̽À´Ï´Ù. Jesus was angry about the Pharisees' distrust. ±×ÀÇ ºÐ³ë´Â, ÀÌÁýÆ®¸¦ ºüÁ® ³ª¿Â ±¤¾ßÀÇ ¿¾ ¼¼´ë°¡ ¹ö¸²À» ¹Þ¾ÒµíÀÌ, ÀÌ ¼¼´ëµµ ¹ö¸²À» ¹ÞÀ» °ÍÀ̶ó´Â »ç½ÇÀ» ¾Ï½ÃÇÕ´Ï´Ù. His fury insinuates that, just as the old generation of the wilderness, escaping from Egypt, was abandoned, so will be this generation as well. ÀÌÁýÆ®¸¦ Å»ÃâÇÑ À̽º¶ó¿¤ »ç¶÷µéÀº ¾ÇÇÑ ¼¼´ë¿´½À´Ï´Ù. Israelites who came out of Egypt was an evil generation. ±×µéÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ µµ¿òÀ¸·Î ³ë¿¹»ýȰ¿¡¼ ¹þ¾î³ »ç¶÷µéÀ̾ú½À´Ï´Ù. They were released from slavery by God's help. ±×·¯³ª ±×µéÀº ±¤¾ß¿¡¼ ¿ì»óÀ» ¼¶±èÀ¸·Î½á Çϳª´ÔÀ» ºÐ³ëÄÉ ÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. They, however, made God outraged by worshiping other idols in the wilderness. ½Å¸í±â 32:20b-21Àº ÀÌ·¸°Ô Áõ°ÅÇÕ´Ï´Ù: "±×µéÀº Ÿ¶ôÇÑ ¼¼´ë, Áø½ÇÀ̶ó°í´Â Åг¡¸¸Åµµ ¾ø´Â ÀÚµéÀÌ´Ù. ¿ì»óÀ» ¼¶°Ü¼ ³ª¸¦ °ÝºÐ½ÃÄ×°í, ½ÅÀÌ ¾Æ´Ñ °ÍµéÀ» ½ÅÀ̶ó°í ¼¶°Ü¼ ³ªÀÇ ÁúÅõ¿¡ ºÒÀ» ºÙ¿´´Ù. ±×·¯´Ï ÀÌÁ¦ ³ªµµ, ³» ¹é¼ºÀÌ ¾Æ´Ñ µý ¹é¼ºÀ» ³» ¹é¼ºÀ¸·Î »ï¾Æ¼, ±×µéÀÇ ÁúÅõ½É¿¡ ºÒÀ» ºÙÀ̰í, ¾î¸®¼®Àº ¹ÎÁ·À» ³» ¹é¼ºÀ¸·Î ¸¸µé¾î ±×µéÀ» °ÝºÐ½Ã۰ڴÙ." Deuteronomy 32:20b-21 testifies: "[F]or they are a perverse generation, children in whom there is no faithfulness. They made me jealous with what is no god, provoked me with their idols. So I will make them jealous with what is no people, provoke them with a foolish nation." Çϳª´ÔÀ» ¹ÏÁö ¾Ê´Â ¼¼´ë°¡ ¾ÇÇÑ ¼¼´ë¿ä Ÿ¶ôÇÑ ¼¼´ëÀÔ´Ï´Ù. The generation that does not trust God is the evil generation, the perverse generation. ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀÌ ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô Çϴ÷μ ¿À´Â Ç¥ÀûÀ» ±¸ÇÑ °ÍÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ÇöÁ¸À» º¸±â À§Çؼ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀ» ½ÃÇèÇϱâ À§Çؼ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. It is not to see the presence of God but to test Jesus that Pharisees asked Jesus a sign from heaven. ±×µéÀº °æ°ÇÀ» °¡ÀåÇÏ¿© Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ¾ÆµéÀ» ½ÃÇèÇÏ·Á ÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. By pretending to be pious, they were trying to test Jesus. À̰ÍÀº ¾î¸®¼®À½ÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó »ç¾ÇÇÔÀÔ´Ï´Ù. This is not foolishness but wickedness. »ç¾ÇÇÑ °æ°ÇÀº ¼¼°è ³»¿¡¼ Çϳª´ÔÀ» º¼ ¼ö ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù. Wicked piety cannot see God within the world. ±×·¯³ª Áø½ÇµÈ ¹ÏÀ½Àº ¸ðµç ÀÏ»ó»ýȰ¿¡¼ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó¸¦ ¹ß°ßÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Honest faith, however, discovers the kingdom of God in all ordinary life. 7. »ç¶ûÀº °áÄÚ Áõ¸íµÇÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. ´ÜÁö ÇàÇØÁú »ÓÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ÇÏÁö¸¸ ±×´Â °áÄÚ ±âÀûÀ» ÇàÇÏ´Â ÀÚ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. He was not a miracle worker. ±×´Â Çϳª´Ô »ç¶ûÀÇ Áõ°ÅÀÚ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. He was the very witness of the love of God. ¿Ö³ÄÇÏ¸é ±×´Â »ç¶ûÀÌ ¾øÀÌ´Â °áÄÚ ±âÀûÀ» ÇàÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¼Ì±â ¶§¹®ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. It is because he wouldn't, however, work any miracle without love. ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀº Çϳª´ÔÀ» ¿ì¸®ÀÇ ¾Æ¹öÁö¶ó°í ºÎ¸£¼Ì°í, ¿ì¸®¿Í Çϳª´Ô°úÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ »ç¶ûÀÇ °ü°è·Î ¼³¸íÇϼ̽À´Ï´Ù. Jesus called God as our father and explained our relationship to God as the relationship of love. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¹¼ö´ÔÀÇ °¡¸£Ä§Àº, Çϳª´ÔÀ» °Å·èÇÑ ºÐÀ¸·Î¸¸ ÀÌÇØÇÏ´ø ±× ´ç½ÃÀÇ À¯´ëÀε鿡°Ô´Â ÀÌ´ÜÀÌ¿ä ½Å¼º¸ðµ¶À¸·Î °£ÁֵǾú½À´Ï´Ù. This teaching is regarded as heresy and blasphemy by the Jews of that age who understood God as holy alone. ±×·¡¼ ¹Ù¸®»õÀεéÀº ¿¹¼ö´Ô¿¡°Ô ³×°¡ ¸»ÇÏ´Â »ç¶ûÀÇ Çϳª´ÔÀ» º¸¿©´Þ¶ó°í ¿ä±¸Çß½À´Ï´Ù. For this reason, Pharisees demanded Jesus, "Show your God of love as you assert." ±×·¯³ª »ç¶ûÀº °áÄÚ Áõ¸íµÇÁö ¾Ê½À´Ï´Ù. ´ÜÁö ÇàÇØÁú »ÓÀÔ´Ï´Ù. But love is never proved but just done. 8. ¹ÏÀ½Àº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶ûÀ» ÀüÆøÀûÀ¸·Î ½Å·ÚÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ̸ç, ±×ÀÇ »ç¶û¿¡ Âü¿©ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. For the unbelieving generation we have no proof to prove the existence of God. ÀÇȤ°ú ¹Ì¿òÀº »ç¶ûÀ» ±âÇÇÇϸç, ¿ì¸®¸¦ ¹ÏÀ½¿¡¼ ¸Ö¾îÁö°Ô ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Doubt and hatred evade love and make us alienated from faith. ¹ÏÀ½Àº Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶ûÀ» ÀüÆøÀûÀ¸·Î ½Å·ÚÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ̸ç, ±×ÀÇ »ç¶û¿¡ Âü¿©ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Faith is total trust in the love of God and participation in his love. ¿äÇÑÀϼ 4:16Àº ÀÌ·¸°Ô Áõ°ÅÇÕ´Ï´Ù: "Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ¿ì¸®¸¦ »ç¶ûÇϽô »ç¶ûÀ» ¿ì¸®°¡ ¾Ë°í ¹Ï¾ú³ë´Ï Çϳª´ÔÀº »ç¶ûÀ̽öó »ç¶û ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇÏ´Â ÀÚ´Â Çϳª´Ô ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇϰí Çϳª´Ôµµ ±× ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇϽôÀ´Ï¶ó." 1John 4:16 testifies: "So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them." 9. ¿ì¸®´Â Áõ¸íÇÒ ÁÙ ¸ð¸¨´Ï´Ù. ´Ù¸¸ µå·¯³¾ »ÓÀÔ´Ï´Ù--»ç¶û ¾È¿¡¼. We do not know how to prove. We know and believe the love of God that loves us. Çϳª´ÔÀº »ç¶ûÀ̽ʴϴÙ. God is love. »ç¶û ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇÏ´Â ÀÚ´Â Çϳª´Ô ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇϸç Çϳª´Ôµµ ±× ¾È¿¡ °ÅÇϽʴϴÙ. Whoever abides in love abides in God and God abides in him/her. ¿©·¯ºÐÀº ÀÌ ¼¼»ó ±× ¾î´À °Í°úµµ ¹Ù²Ü ¼ö ¾ø´Â Çϳª´ÔÀÇ »ç¶ûÇÏ´Â ÀÚ³àÀÔ´Ï´Ù. You are the beloved children of God who cannot be exchanged or substituted by anything in the world. ¿ì¸®´Â Çϳª´ÔÀÇ Á¸À縦 º¸¿©ÁÙ ¼ö´Â ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù. We cannot prove the existence of God. ±×·¯³ª ¿ì¸®¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±× ºÐÀÇ »ç¶û°ú ±× ºÐ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿ì¸®ÀÇ »ç¶ûÀÌ ±× ºÐÀÇ Á¸À縦 µå·¯³À´Ï´Ù. But his love for us and our love for him reveals his existence. ¿ì¸®´Â Áõ¸íÇÒ ÁÙ ¸ð¸¨´Ï´Ù. ´Ù¸¸ µå·¯³¾ »ÓÀÔ´Ï´Ù--»ç¶û ¾È¿¡¼. We do not know how to prove. But we reveal--in love. |
